Story

In late January 2014 three Friends Thomas Westcott, Nick Hedley Druce and Howard Wagstaff went out to make the most of the situation that the British weather had dealt them. The South of England was affected badly by flood water and they seized the moment to try out Wakeboarding on a closed road, behind a Land Rover Defender 110.

The trio then went on to make a short film that has been aired and featured worldwide, with the help of Skate Electric, Capture The light and Authentive Productions, they have pushed the video as close as France and as Far as Australia, Asia and America.

Having started to distribute the video as much as possible for fun, they have since started to receive cash contributions for the display of the video.

Tom, Howard and Nick then decided that we could use this opportunity to raise money and awareness for people in Areas of the world such as the Phillipinesthat have been more significantly affected by Flooding and Natural Disasters than those of us in the Uk. After watching our video please take a moment to think about how grateful you would be knowing that there is emotional and financial support coming from accross the world and from people that you have never met if you were affected in such a way.

So far we have made a Donation of £300.00 the amount we made from Reuters with more to come, we felt that this small donation would be far more received in the phillipines than in our pocket. the enjoyment we got from the Wakeboarding experience was enough for us.
