Dash Cam - Driver cutting across oncoming traffic.
Driver comes out of an off-ramp then cuts in front of the dash cam car and across two lanes to make a left hand turn. Car in rear vision mirror has to swerve to avoid colliding with the dash cam car. Dash cam car then follows the offending car to get footage of the licence plate.
