In the footage, captured in Guangyuan, Sichuan Province on May 8, a man sits on a taxi bonnet when the taxi is moving forward in fast speed.
The man's car scratched with the taxi the day before and he was not satisfied with the responsibility identification result
After they left police station, the man climbed onto the car bonnet during the argument.
However, the taxi driver ignored him and launched the car to move forward, while playing on phone at the same time.
Police detained the taxi and fined the driver.
The case was in further investigation.
