After being at Manchester for just over 7 days for painting the first Airbus A330-200 for IAG's new low cost airline departed for the first time in the LEVEL livery. The brand new A330 EC-MOU is the first aircraft in the LEVEL fleet with LEVEL's first passenger flight being in June 2017. The low cast carrier for IAG will operate routes from Barcelona to San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Oakland, Buenos Aires and Punta Cana. The aircraft was due to depart at 15:05 however encountered a number of delays meaning that it didn't depart until just before 18:00 in which time we had been soaked by a heavy rain shower and they also unexpectantly switched to 23R for takeoffs. The aircraft previously wore a half Iberia colour scheme before being painted into LEVEL's colours.The second airbus A330-200 for LEVEL is currently in the air livery hangar at Manchester.
