Presumed Drunk Driver Crashes - 5/13/17 3:05AM
I passed a Greyhound bus that put on his hazards and flashed his brights at me as I passed. I began looking for whatever hazard he was trying to warn me about, when I spotted this Civic going half the speed limit and swerving about. I get behind him to get a plate number and car info for the highway patrol, but before I could even finish dialing 911 he'd swerved off the road.
Driver appeared to be in an altered state of mind, and kept mentioning that A: His passenger "jerked the wheel," and B: "I just seem to be stuck in the dirt." I couldn't tell if he was drunk, but he certainly wasn't thinking clearly.
Highway Patrol arrived almost immediately to help him out.
