Man abandons own bike to steal another from back of car
Shocking footage from the Newsflare archive of a man cycling up to a car in central London and trying to steal a racing bike attached to the back of the vehicle.
The dash-cam video, captured on May 14, 2017, shows the man trying to unscrew the £2,500 bike from a rack at a red light on Tower Bridge Road before the car drives off.
After catching up again with the car, the thief keeps trying to pull the bike from the back of the car, this time abandoning his own ride in the middle of the road.
The car driver eventually drives off forcing the thief to run back for his bike.
