【导语】5月18日下午5点，南宁交警在辖区103省道中和乡新安小学附近设点对违规改装车辆开展整治行动，一辆违规改装的三轮摩托车开进执法点，当执勤交警对车辆进行检查时，着实被眼前的一幕吓出了一身冷汗。

画：交警掀开三轮摩托车后方的帘布，发现车内两侧加装了两排座椅，座椅上坐满了小学生，没有座位的学生一个挨着一个站立着，站在最外面的用手抓住铁栅栏杆，鼻子和脸也紧贴着栏杆，车内没有丝毫的空隙。经过清点，交警核实车上共有26名学生。

画：据驾驶人黄某交代，他用三轮车搭载小学生，已经有一年多了，这些学生多是留守儿童，黄某收取每个学生每月30元的费用，负责接送学生上学放学。交警认定，黄某存在违规提供校车服务、不按规定载人和改变车辆结构等几项违法行为，并依法对黄某进行处罚。随后交警叫来面包车，将学生分批次送回了家。
