Footage has emerged from China of the moment a huge landslide blocked a road in Liuzhou.

The video, filmed on May 23, shows large amounts of gravel and mud, tumbling down a slope during a rain storm.

Fortunately, the road was empty when it happened so no one was injured.

Authorities managed to clear the road after around four hours.

The video, filmed in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on May 23, shows massive gravels rolling down a hill in rain and blocking the road.

After four hours' rescue, the traffic returned to normal.

Since no vehicles or people passed by when the landslide happened, no casualties were reported.
