监控画面显示：事发时，这辆547路公交车上，只有两名乘客。其中一名男子和司机说了几句，就突然冲上前，扇了司机一巴掌。公交车随即失控，猛烈撞击路边的一根立柱，挡风玻璃严重碎裂。
司机徐师傅告诉记者，这名男子一上车就询问有关公交线路换乘的问题，但自己不太清楚，又看他醉醺醺的，就没及时回应，没想到对方竟动起粗来。

就"啪"的一声 打了我一下##打得也挺重的##当时好像头脑就一片空白 我也不知道##方向盘抓不住 就撞到那上面去了##
徐师傅被打之后，感到头晕目眩，心跳加速，于是拨打了110和120。经查，酒后肇事的男子姓罗，目前已被警方依法刑事拘留。为确保行车安全，警方呼吁广大乘客理解并尊重司机。
