Video shows friendly sea lions surprising Canadian fishermen on boat
A cool video from Canada of fishermen being surprised by sea lions swimming behind their boat.
The footage, filmed off the coast of Ottawa on 5 May, shows the sea lions keeping pace with the boat and clambering onboard to get a bite of some fish.
''These Sea Lions swam up and landed on the swim platform of our boat and begged for our remaining bait,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''They did not seem aggressive at all,'' he added.
However, feeding seals is not recommended and the Canadian government has regulations in place that prohibit people from disturbing marine mammals.
