An impressive video has emerged of a huge crocodile stealing a kudu carcass from two wild dogs in Chobe National Park in Botswana.

The footage, shot on May 22, shows the dogs taking turns to feed from the carcass and bark at the crocodile to deter it from eating their kill.

After a few minutes, the crocodile eventually walks towards the kudu and takes it into the Chobe river while the wild dogs watch, helpless.

I took this video while my family and I were on safari in southern Africa. Two wild dogs chased a group of kudu and impala, eventually catching one. We arrived minutes after the kill (blood was still running out of the kudu) when the biggest crocodile I have ever seen in person came out of the river. The video shows what happens next.
