This video was the subject of a police investigation. The driver was tailgating me in the fast lane of the motorway, and I was trying to find opportunities to move left to let him past. The middle land was quite busy in the clip before this one, so I couldn't move over without having to slam on which would have been dangerous.

I finally had an opportunity to move left, but just as I was about to the tailgater shot round and along side me, making rude gestures at my wife. He couldn't fully undertake as there was a car ahead (in middle lane). After I passed that car, I tried again to safely move out the way but he did the same thing again, then fully undertook me and then slammed on!

This was at about 90mph by this time, as his tailgating had forced me to speed up to stop him making contact with my rear bumper.

I was in the car with my wife and baby daughter, it could have been nasty.
