More than 6.000 fans gave the warmest of their welcome to the Antekounbros 2017 event held on at the legendary arena Alexadreion Melathron (Nick Galis Hall), Thessaloniki, Greece on June 18th. The fans formed long queues outside the arena and made it a full house in just an hour. Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and his brother Andorra Basketball Club player Thanasis Antetokounmpo, better known as the “Antetokounbros”, challenged the 2005 Greek national team into a spectacular game. The fans, some of them dressed on Bucks colours, enjoyed every single moment of it. «The teenagers have to work hard in order to live their dreams. Me and my brother try to give an example to everyone» said NBA All Star Giannis Antetokounmpo before the exhibition game in a press conference. Giannis and Thanasis will host another game in Athens, Greece on June 25, at the Olympic Complex Basketball Stadium, home of the 2004 Olympics.
