Water leaking in kitchen forms crystal precipitation

The householder Mrs Qin hasn't checked the house for over five years as she rent it.
After the tenant left, she found a long crystal precipitation on the kitchen ceiling because of water leaking.
According to house inspector, there was calcium in the concrete. When the water keeps leaking for a long time, it would form the stalactite calcium crystal.
