Bizarre footage has emerged from a China of a father using a cow and donkey to transport his son to and from school, because he's interested in Chinese history.

The video, filmed in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on June 23, shows the man waiting outside with a donkey to pick up his son. Later in the clip, we see him taking his son to school with a cow.

According to reports, the pair recite ancient Chinese poetry during the commute.

Footage has emerged from China of a father using a cow as transportation to commute with his son as he is a big fan of Sinology.

The video, filmed in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on June 23, shows a man with a donkey standing in front of the school gate to pick up his son.

Then, he carries his son onto the back of the donkey and holds the rope tied on it to drop his son back home.

While, he also uses a cow to send his son to school and recites ancient poems together on the way.

He said using the traditional way to commute helped increase the emotional communication with his son.

While, it is also a way to let human beings communicate with the nature.
