Backstory:
I was practicing cornering and stuff in the industrial zone. When I suddenly pass my friend. I turn around and what happens next you can see in the video.
So this guy was drunk as hell and had caused an accident. After that he drove away without exchanging insurance whatsoever. My friend had caught him removing his bumper and putting it in the car. We also noticed he took a shit next to the car.
The person that arrives saw the accident happen and he almost got hit aswell. Hence why he was raging.
When my friend and I went to have a look where it happened I encoutered the police (who were looking for him) and led them to him. They executed their job perfectly and handled the situation professionally.
Afterwards I had a chat with the officer because he was a rider too.
