The riot between the officers of the Municipal Police Unit of Bukittinggi City with some street vendors (PKL) in Jam Gadang Garden area of Bukittinggi City Central, West Sumatera, Indonesia occurred during the curbing of traders in the merchant free area.
Two merchants invited the officers of the civil service police to fight because they did not want the goods to be confiscated by the officers.
