White older man in his early 60s. Has physical and probably mild mental problems. He insisted on paying for the magazines a second time, while the cashier claimed to witness man placing the magazines into his bag without paying for them. No cops were notified and they settled on him paying about $23 in all for the magazines.

I witnessed him earlier reading a Soap Opera Digest magazne, which I found to look odd, as I have never seen anyone of his character being enamored by soap opera reading. But now, upon the cashiers accusations, I realized he was probably taking magazines to read without paying for them. Whether he planned to carry them out of the store, was unknown, but possible.
