Buy video

Accident happened in Bucharest Romania, on 11th of July 2017. The Citroen driver is hit by an Opel Astra driver that went through a red light. At the same time, the Opel driver almost hit some of the pedestrians.

The strange thing is, that the Oper driver was not given a fine and not even a warning, although he went through a red light and caused the entire accident. Surprisingly, the Citroen driver was held responsible for "not giving way" to the Opel driver. The police officer supposedly said it did not matter that the Opel driver went through a red light.

This video may be the proof of a concerning and questioning attitude of the Romanian Police, where corruption and illegal influence is still causing a lot of troubles and debates.

Later edit: After going to Court, the Citroen driver was cleared of fault, based on this footage.
