Bad driver on the A3 southbound
Driver in front decided at the last moment he wanted to take the exit. He first tried to force the car in front out of the left lane and when that was unsuccessful he then stopped in the middle lane. This then caused me to have to break and come to a stop as I couldn't go into the left or right lane due to traffic and the car behind couldn't stop in time from going into the back of me. The car in front then forces his way across the left lane and over the solid white lines before cutting someone else up and driving up the slip road.
