在河北石家庄人民广场上，倒立健身牛人黄忠余每天都来倒立“跑”100米，围观市民纷纷称绝。今年37岁的黄忠余是重庆土家族人，目前在石家庄一家饭店做配菜工，他已坚持倒立行走三年多，不仅能倒立行走，还能倒立上下台阶，并打算挑战吉尼斯世界纪录。据黄忠余介绍，他每天练习倒立行走五六个小时，百米最好成绩90多秒。
