A video from China of a retired carpenter from Zheijang Province who has built himself a bizarre new vehicle almost entirely from wood.

The 71-year-old named Tang used pieces of scrap to craft the unusual contraption which he powers by shifting his bodyweight from side to side and controls like a scooter.

The unusual vehicle took Tang one month to build.

The clip, shot in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province on August 9, shows the man named Tang riding on his homemade plasma car on a square.

Since Tang used to be a worker in furniture factory and he found that the plasma car is interesting, he used wasted wood to make five plasmas by himself.

The homemade plasmas were bigger than normal ones and it took him around one month to finish each of them.

This was the latest generation and Tang rode it to keep fit.
