A strange video of some elderly kung fu masters performing head stands while singing.

The bizarre moment was captured in Puyang, Henan Province, China on August 10.

A cool footage has emerged from China of a 77-year-old man doing headstand and singing at the same time.

The video, captured in Puyang, Henan Province on August 10, shows the man named Wang Zhizhong singing, when he is doing headstand with a group of elderly people.

While, other elders in the group all have their own skills. One man can spin while headstanding, one man can do push-ups with only three fingers, one woman can bend her back to the backward and another man can sing when rotating a string of beads hanging on his neck.

According to local media, Wang established the group for elder people to keep fit by doing headstand together.

20 out of 40 people in the group kept coming to practise from five to seven o'clock every morning.

Wang said doing headstand helped them prevent some diseases and they were also invited to some commercial performances as they were getting famous in the city.
