In the video, captured in Shanghai on July 28, a 23-centimetre-long steel wire can be seen in the man's stomach from the x-ray picture.
The man named Chen swallowed the steel wire by himself as he bet with someone.
Doctor used two pliers to take it out in ten minutes.
