Car accident on Hwy 290 westbound 2017 Aug. 15 0749AM
a car had a flat tire and stopped on highway 290 westbound. Since this part is under construction, there's no shoulder and only 2 lanes, this car blocked one lane and forced other cars to slow down drastically and pass through the lane left. The SUV ahead of me was among the cars behind and failed to slow down nicely, to avoid rearing the car in front, it took a hash brake and then lost control.
