3000 Balloon Prank On Campus
A group of us at Oregon State University schemed up a plan to fill our neighbors dorm room with over 3000 balloons while he was away over the weekend. It took 9 people from the hall to help fill the room to brim. The result was fantastic, He took the prank with grace, even though the rest of the hall smelled like latex the rest of the year.
