这是临安警方提供的监控视频：上午8点55分，一辆工程车沿着胜联路由东向西行驶过来，当时路口的信号灯是绿灯。可是就在工程车已经通过路口后，一辆电动车沿着大园路由北向南竟然是无视红灯信号指示闯过路口。于是惊险一幕的发生了，工程车的后车轮直接碾过电动车，幸好电动车小哥来一个倒地侧翻，真的只差一秒侥幸躲过了死神，估计这辈子他再也不敢闯红灯了。
经查，这起事故中，电动车驾驶人朱某不按照交通信号灯规定通行负主要责任，而工程车驾驶人周某行经人行横道时未减速行驶负次要责任。
