The video, captured in Yichang, Hubei Province on August 23, shows the man - who is surrounded by police - raising one arm in the air while shaking his whole body as he breathes into the device.

In fact, his blood alcohol concentration was shown to be only 10mg/100ml, which was below the legal limit.

A hilarious video of a suspicious drunk driver dancing while doing breathalyser test at the police checking point in China.

The video, captured in Yichang, Hubei Province on August 23, shows a man rising one hand up and shaking his whole body, while he is blowing the breathalyser held by a police officer.

According to local news, the man was stopped by police at the checking point for a sobriety test, as they can smell alcohol from him.

During the test, he said to the police officer 'Brother, am I blowing good enough? How much is the result? I will accept all penalty.

Although he acted like a drunk driver, his blood alcohol concentration was just 10mg/100ml, which was below the limit.
