Boy enjoys tasting the nectar from australian flower
The Australian Native Grass Tree has a number of spectacular flower spikes. The indigenous Australian Aboriginals used the flowers as a source of sweet sustenance.
In this footage, 8 year old Samuel is enjoying tasting the sweet honey nectar from the many small flowers on the flower spike.
There are many of these plants along the walk to get to Crackneck Lookout (a popular whale watching site) on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
This is the third day of Spring and there were many fathers about going for walks with their families in the beautiful weather.
