This video shows its so easy to make tapir asleep, just by rubbing his body with a brush. Perhaps this tapir felt his body was scratched and felt pleasure, so surrendered to lay down so that people are free to scratch his body.

As soon as the tapir wakes up and feels hungry, the man immediately gives the tapir to eat by bananas to his mouth.

This tapir is an animal that fled from the Garden Zoo of the Wildlife and Culture of Kinantan in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, Indonesia, on Tuesday (August 29). Officers found tapirs are in the pool of Bung Hatta Palace not far from the zoo.

Because suffering from blisters to the body, legs and back, tapir will recover from its ordeal for a month at the conservation centre before being released into its natural habitat.

Tapirs inhabit jungle and forest regions of South America, Central America, and Southeastern Asia.

Their closest relatives include horses, donkeys, zebras and rhinoceroses.
