Range Rover uses the wrong side of the road to Queue jump.
16/08/17 traveling up Barton Road, i enter the Right turn Filter Lane to turn onto St Botolph's Road, Kettering
Traffic is heavy and i see a Gap made for me to turn, at which point im confronted with a Range Rover. The drivers has used the wrong side of the road, risking Pedestrians due to to traveling the wrong side of a Refuge Island (That has 'Keep Left' arrows).
All she said was 'Im sorry'.
She wanted to Turn Right out of the junction but, didnt want to wait.
