Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from eastern China of a truck tipping over and landing on another moving car.

In the video, captured in Zhejiang Province's Taizhou on September 3, the truck suddenly loses control and topples over.

According to local media, the truck was overloaded with 23 tons of cement while the car was driving in the wrong direction.

Authorities rescued the two drivers, who are now not in a serious condition.

The CCTV video, filmed in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province on September 3, shows the tank truck suddenly losing control and tipping over onto a car turning a corner.

Firefighters and police are trying to rescue the drivers trapped in the vehicles.

After an hour, two drivers were both rescued and sent to hospital.

According to local news, the tank truck had 23-tonne cement on it, which was overloaded.

While, the car drove in the wrong direction on road.

Two drivers both had to take the responsibilities to the accident.

Fortunately, they were not in danger.
