Paper aeroplane scores at Wembley 'from 300 yards'
England's football team qualified for the World Cup on Thursday evening but some fans at Wembley were so bored during the team's tepid 1-0 win occur Slovenia that they took to throwing paper aeroplanes on to the pitch.
Video from Andy Houston who was at the game shows one paper aeroplane slowly making its way towards one of the goals.
"It's going in the net! It's going in the net!" one fan can be heard saying in the video.
The paper aeroplane then flutters its way towards the goal and over the line, resulting in arguably the biggest roar from the crowd of the whole evening.
Houston reckons the paper aeroplane was sent all the way from the top tier.
Tweeted Houston: "You know England are ***** when a plane landing in the net gets the biggest cheer."
