This summer in July the lightning striked houses at a village of Honselersdijk in The Netherland. Two chimneys were struck and there was a lot of damage.

Electicity fell out in 100 houses in the surrouding neigbourhood. At the video you see how fast and in slow motion the impact was when it hit.

The moviemaker was seeking shelter after the hit. The sound half a kilometer was the noise of the striking further at the video. In the short period it was raining bricks. Nobody got injured but there was al lot of damage at the houses.

Many electrical devices like fridges, tv s radio 's etc were damaged. One house all the electrical wires were completely destroyed and all the devices. Firemen came but there was no fire only smoke fróm the meter cupboards in some houses
