Amazing footage of a shark attacking a fishermen's boat off the South Australia coast.

The video, captured with a drone by fishermen off Coffin Bay on October 12, shows the approximately 15-foot long great white shark attempting to take bites out of the boat.

Simon Lawrence and Blair Fitzgerald were fishing for crab when they encountered a shark taking one of their crab pots from the sea.

To get it back, they launched a drone to follow the shark.

''(The shark) grabbed the rope attached to the pot hanging in the water. Because the rope was wrapped around the motor I flung the pot in before (the shark) caused damage,'' Lawrence later wrote online.

''(As) soon as I did that, he bit the rope off, madly kicked his tail and went straight down after the pot. That was the last we saw him but our pots continued to be bent and broken for a few hours after so he was still around.

“It was the most aggressive (shark) I've ever had. I've never seen one go to the boat like that ,” Lawrence said.
