The adorable white moggy is seen sprawling out on a carpet at the entrance to a shopping mall in Pasay, the Philippines.

She's oblivious to hundreds of shoppers and diners walking by - and refuses to budge when female security guard starts poking her.

Eventually the guard gives up and lets the cat enjoy basking in its favourite position before prowling away later that night on February 1.

Onlooker Gio Mejia, 21, recorded the clip on his phone while he was eating dinner at a nearby table.

The call-centre worker said: ''The security guard came and she was trying to move the cat but it was very happy.

''She told us that the cat comes there every day to lay down in its favourite position. There is a woman who tried to rescue it but each time it comes back and lays down there.

''The guard tries to move it but she usually gives up and lets it stay there.''
