I booked British Airways 'Club Europe' to travel in business class from Gatwick to Naples on an A320 but had what's probably my worst business class experience on board. This video shows you why.

I'm 6 foot 2 (184cm ish) and book business class mainly for the space. The food and service is a bonus, but it's all about the space and the comfort so I arrive at the other end feeling relaxed and rested.

I just wish British Airways would tell you before booking that Club Europe on this A320 is nothing more than an economy seat with a slightly different food service. In my opinion, it's definitely not worth the additional cost.
