Wizz Air Disgusting Customer Service Baggage Charge
I witnessed a passenger be refused boarding onto a Wizz Air plane due to his cabin baggage being supposedly oversized. The customer produced a tape measure and argued with the grouod staff that the baggage cage was in fact smaller that the specified dimensions, I believe the passenger never made the aircraft
