How to make a cool LED nightlight from an oak pallet
US based YouTuber Doug Royal uses a broken hardwood pallet to make a beautiful LED nightlight.
This project uses reclaimed wood that was going to be burned. The pallet had oak, mahogany, and walnut planks. This DIY project could easily be made with an inexpensive scroll saw or a CNC machine, says Doug, a software engineer who likes working with wood, especially when he gets to add electronics. "LEDs are always fun," he adds.
