Indigo Airlines baggage handling in reality
While on a flight from Kolkata to Mumbai , as we landed and boarded the bus from the aircraft . I saw an aircraft parked and bags being off loaded . The Reality , had me shocked . All the bags were being thrown and a parcel even fell off the aircraft . Which is when it struck me . That it is due to this most of our goods in our suitcases are damaged when we unpack our suitcases after a flight . A fragile tag or the consent the airline makes us sign is for this purpose . That no matter what they do , we cannot hold them responsible .
