front of house cinema workers have been on strike for more than year, and in that time the real Living Wage rate has gone up not once, but TWICE.

Rents and other living costs are sky-rocketing. So are the profits of Picturehouse and our parent company Cineworld. Last year Cineworld made £93.8 million in post-taxt profit, and in the last three years its profits have TREBLED.

Have our wages trebled?

No, of course not.

Picturehouse workers across the chain continue to live in poverty.

We're demanding:
*A real Living Wage
*Decent sick pay
*Company maternity/paternity pay
*Pay rises for our supervisors, managers, chefs, technical staff
*Union recognition for our hosen union, BECTU
*The reinstatement of our four sacked union reps.
The revenge dismissal of the union reps is a so much the sign of a exploiting management who could very easily afford to pay the London living wage ,
