I went shopping at one of Montreal's finest fish markets, and decided to be adventurous. So I picked up one sea urchin (uni) to give it a try. Got some advice from a professional chef friend I have. It was the first time in a while that I had actually been nervous before trying a new food. It was surprisingly delicious.
