The video, captured on November 1, shows the elephant stretching and grabbing branches of a tree before he slowly walks toward the tourists and their safari truck.

"These are the calmest elephants I have ever come across in all my safaris over the years. Amazing creatures, I could reach out and touch the big guy as he walked within arms length of us as we sat at the base of the tree," the filmer said.
