The video, captured on November 1, shows the elephant stretching and grabbing branches of a tree before he slowly walks toward the tourists and their safari truck.

"These are the calmest elephants I have ever come across in all my safaris over the years. Amazing creatures, I could reach out and touch the big guy as he walked within arms length of us as we sat at the base of the tree," the filmer said.

"The tea time with the elephant occured at Mana Pools NP (while staying at Kanga Camp with Bono as or guide).
