Vietjet Air Ground Handling Staff Tear The Passenger's ticket.
On 5 November 2017 at 17:45 pm at Tan Son Nhat airport, the passenger in this video has checked in and was sitting in airport lounge in front of the gate 3, waiting for boarding the plane. However, the electronic board did not show up the list of the up-coming flights; as a result, this man in white T-shirt did not know it's time to board the plane. For a while later, Vietjet Air staffs called his name as the last passenger of the flight to board the plane. After just some minutes hearing his name called by the staffs, the man came up to the gate but the supervior (the woman in red) of the shift of Vietjet Airlines did not allow him to go through and decided to tear the ticket out.
