BIGGEST Passenger Planes in the WORLD landing on a WET RUNWAY

Buy video

This is the result of the largest passenger aircraft in the world landing straight after storms and torrential rain.

What happened there was a storm and pretty much torrential rain for a couple of hours prior to the plane landing, then it finally stopped and the water settled on the runway so when the plane landed, the reverse thrusters on the planes blew it around. kind of like a a leaf blower of a pile of leaves. The spray isn't dangerous, it just adds a really cool effect. It does make the runway more slippery though so they really have to apply the reverse thrusters (breaks on the jets) hard. Whats exception about this video is the rarity of getting such a huge amount of spray. Usually after a bit of rain theres a little puff of water when they turn on the reverse thrusters but in this video, the layer of water of the runway was so thick and would have been so slippery that it prolonged the effect drastically because of how hard they applied the breaks and how much water there was. The best way to put it would be that the biggest commercial plane in the world lands on a flooded or very slippery runway.
