Soldiers rescue stranded humpback whale in five hours

Footage of a three-ton stranded humpback whale being rescued in five hours in eastern China.

In the video, shot in Nantong City in Jiangsu Province on November 13, two policemen use water buckets to pour water onto a 7.5-metre-long humpback whale stranded on beach.

A fisherman found the whale and called the police, according to reports.

Finally, the whale swam back to the sea successfully after five-hour rescue.
