10 hours with broken PA ruined start of the my dream holiday
A broken holiday PA system onboard a BA flight to Las Vegas ruined the start of my dream holiday. Staff worked tirelessly to resolve problem but to no avail. Pilots reaction was “oh sh** we cant have yous sitting here” but nowhere to move us to. BA have now responded to press reports stating the resolved problem straight away which never happened
