House fire displaces 4 - Ashland, Pa. Part 2

Schuyklkill County Communications Center dispatched a working house fire at 1237 Arch Street, Ashland, Pa.

First in units found a fully engulfed home with all occupants accounted for. Engine 38-15 setup on the “B” side (13th street) putting it’s deck gun in service for a defensive attack knockdown. Engine 38-10 set up on “C” side (Race) with Truck 38-25 setting up on the “BC” corner. Once the fire was brought under control all additional units sent manpower to the structure for interior operations and overhaul.
The fire was brought under control within 1 hour.

A Fire Marshall has been called to the scene while the Red Cross is assisting 4 residents (2 Adults and 2 Children)

This fire has been ruled undetermined due to the extent of damage in the area of origin.
