Steel bar impales construction worker's head
Video from China of a one-metre-long steel bar impaled on a construction site worker's head.
In the footage, filmed in Mianyang City in southern Sichuan Province on November 25, the man holds the steel bar that fell four metres and got stuck in his head.
Medical workers cooperate with firefighters to slice the bar in half so that he can fit into the ambulance.
According to local media, the steel bar suddenly fell down and got stuck in the man's head while he was working on the construction site.
Since the bar did not enter the man's cranium, he suffered only skin trauma and was quickly discharged from hospital.
