A naked tourist writhes in pain after romping with a Thai ladyboy and falling NAKED from his hotel balcony.

The middle aged man in his 40s had been at a guesthouse with transsexual hooker Sittipong Maneekat, 35, in Pattaya, Thailand.

The pair had sex then he went onto the balcony at around 5am and mysteriously fell from the 3rd floor room to the ground and injured his head. Onlookers covered him with a small towel and found a pair of shorts as rescue workers bandaged his wound.

An ambuance rushed the man, who was never named, to Banglamung Hospital where he made a full recovery.

Sex-worker Sittipong tells an officer in the video: ''He was drunk. He went onto the balcony. I don't know what happened, I don't know.''

Police chief Sukchai Junla said: ‘’We cannot look at his passport because it was in the safe so we do not know his real name. We tried to open it but could not.

‘’The prostitute said she had been with him and he was foreign and British. She said they were not fighting and had a good time before.

‘’We looked at the room and there was no signs of a struggle. There were cigarettes and used condoms.

‘’The ladyboy said she had no idea how he fell. She was in the room when he went onto the balcony.’'
